We wanted to sell our house at 1222 Deer Ridge in 2012 when moved out of town for work but we had two mortgages on the property, and the market value was not in our favor. So we kept the house for many years hoping we could sell it to a family member or friend and break even.
We moved back to the St. Louis area in 2019 and decided to purchase another home. We rented the house at 1222 Deer Ridge to a couple who thought they could get a loan to purchase it, but unfortunately that was not the case. That was very frustrating. I heard a commercial on the radio about your company, so I decided to call. I felt like it shouldn’t be a scam or gimmick since I heard the advertisement on the radio.
Justin was able to explain the seamless purchase process, and suggested how we could work with the tenants concerning their moving delays. Your company was able to purchase our home so we could get that debt off of our credit report.
I am so happy that we were finally able to sell 1222 Deer Ridge, and it is almost impossible to describe how relieved I feel right now.
My Mother passed away leaving me the job of selling the house my parents had built 70 years ago and had grown up in. My nephew was living in the house but had just closed on his own house, so I needed to move quickly because I did not want our family house to be empty. The house had “good bones” but had barely been updated since it was built and was in a neighborhood that had been declining. Updating it myself and paying a realtor to sell the house would probably cost more than the house was worth, so I decided to sell it “As Is”.
The 1st company I contacted looked and said “it wasn’t a good fit” for them, which made me nervous. The 2nd company offered a reasonable figure, but I thought we should get more. My family still had belongings that we needed to sort through, and since half of my siblings lived out of town, Brian gave us plenty of time after we signed the agreement to close on the house and was willing to change the closing date if we needed more time. Closing was a breeze.
All in all, I liked the low-key way that Brian presented himself and his company. It was an amazingly easy process, much easier than I expected, and what a relief I felt to have the house sold so quickly and easily!
