I couldn’t keep up the maintenance and yard work on my house, so I decided to sell it. They have been wonderful with helping me work out the financing, and even cut my grass because it was getting tall and the city doesn’t like that.

I had 2 houses and it was getting hard to take care of them, so I called Velocity Home Buyers. They were quick and nice about buying the house.
I had owned my house for about 12 years but hadn’t done any major improvements/updates. The back deck had
been treated but had slowly deteriorated to the point that it would need to be torn out and replaced. I had a service
contract with a local heating/cooling company and every service tech that came out was surprised that a 30+ year old
system was still working.
As I approached retirement age, with my kids grown and gone I decided that I wanted to sell
and buy a little place in the country. But when I looked at the amount of time and money it was going to take to get
the house in presentable shape to sell, I knew I didn’t want to go through that.
I heard an ad on the radio for Velocity and set up an appointment with Justin. He was very professional. He made a very good cash offer that included hauling away anything that I didn’t want to take with me. All the paperwork was done online and was easy to do. The closing took under 10 minutes was super simple with no hidden fees, surprises, or problems. The money was wired to my bank and in my account in under an hour and a half. I am very happy that I chose Velocity Home Buyers and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
Hi, I’m Ebony I was in a financial situation, COVID hospitalized and wasn’t able to work. I fell far behind on my mortgage where I had no hope of getting back into a positive area with my mortgage payments because of the bills I was catching up on and being a single parent taking care my kids. I had spoken with several home buyers who were just trying to take my home from me for a little bit of nothing. But when Justin called it was totally different. He was just sincere, told me the truth and gave me exactly what he committed to. Velocity Home Buyer’s hands were the best hands I could have fallen into. I was relieved that they stepped in and took over. I want to say Thank You Justin for having my back every step of the way and to the rest of the team, great job!
I worked with Velocity Home Buyers to sell my fathers condo. They were great. My father
had to go into a nursing home, so my brothers and I decided it was time to sell his condo. It needed
some repairs and a major upgrade. We decided it would be best to find someone who was looking to fix
up and flip properties. I worked with Justin at Velocity. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He
offered us a very fair price for the condo. They wrote up the sale agreement and handled everything from
there. There was very little to do on our part. They made the process so easy. We would recommend
them to anyone who finds themselves in the same or similar situation as ours.
I would highly recommend Velocity Home Buyers, such a great company. Communication throughout the process was
second to none. If you are interested in selling your home, definitely give Brian and his team a call, I promise you won’t be
My mom wanted to sell her house with as little hassle as possible. We did not want to do costly repairs on city and state
ordinance codes so we were possibly looking for a private buyer. When we considered to sell to the Velocity Home Buyers
we were very skeptical. The last thing we needed was to be ripped off during the sale of her home. Velocity came out to my
mom’s house in person to talk about the sale. They answered all calls or responded quickly when messages were left. We
were even able to negotiate a good price on the house that worked for us and them. It was a quick and very easy
process and I would definitely do business with them again and I definitely recommend them for a quick and easy home
Brian and his team @Velocity made selling our home extremely easy. We were able to reach out with any question and have our answer immediately. They were more like family than investors/realtors. I would recommend 10/10. Also, it made it a plus that they made us more profit than we had even thought was possible.
We wanted to sell our house at 1222 Deer Ridge in 2012 when moved out of town for work but we had two mortgages on the property, and the market value was not in our favor. So we kept the house for many years hoping we could sell it to a family member or friend and break even.
We moved back to the St. Louis area in 2019 and decided to purchase another home. We rented the house at 1222 Deer Ridge to a couple who thought they could get a loan to purchase it, but unfortunately that was not the case. That was very frustrating. I heard a commercial on the radio about your company, so I decided to call. I felt like it shouldn’t be a scam or gimmick since I heard the advertisement on the radio.
Justin was able to explain the seamless purchase process, and suggested how we could work with the tenants concerning their moving delays. Your company was able to purchase our home so we could get that debt off of our credit report.
I am so happy that we were finally able to sell 1222 Deer Ridge, and it is almost impossible to describe how relieved I feel right now.
My Mother passed away leaving me the job of selling the house my parents had built 70 years ago and had grown up in. My nephew was living in the house but had just closed on his own house, so I needed to move quickly because I did not want our family house to be empty. The house had “good bones” but had barely been updated since it was built and was in a neighborhood that had been declining. Updating it myself and paying a realtor to sell the house would probably cost more than the house was worth, so I decided to sell it “As Is”.
The 1st company I contacted looked and said “it wasn’t a good fit” for them, which made me nervous. The 2nd company offered a reasonable figure, but I thought we should get more. The 3rd company offered an amount that was insulting. So I was worried that I would have to take the “not great” offer, until a family member talked with Brian Stewart at Velocity Home Buyers about my situation.
Brian called me immediately and told me he thought he could help, met me at the house, and within a day sent me what I considered a fair all-cash offer. The best part was we did not have to clean the house, and we could simply take the things we wanted and leave the rest.
My family still had belongings that we needed to sort through, and since half of my siblings lived out of town, Brian gave us plenty of time after we signed the agreement to close on the house and was willing to change the closing date if we needed more time. Closing was a breeze.
All in all, I liked the low-key way that Brian presented himself and his company. It was an amazingly easy process, much easier than I expected, and what a relief I felt to have the house sold so quickly and easily!
I highly recommend Velocity Home Buyers!
